1. 30-day trial
Eligible new customers may use MLA for a 30-day trial from first activation. The trial is intended to let the customer evaluate the software before paid activation.
2. Paid plans
These are first-year prices. Plan features and entitlements are based on the active package and may be updated on the pricing page when the product offering changes.
3. Renewal
Current yearly renewal pricing is ₹3,000 + GST for Basic, ₹4,500 + GST for Pro, and ₹6,000 + GST for Pro Max including its 1 Additional Branch. Additional Branch yearly renewal is ₹3,000 + GST per branch. Continued access after the applicable paid period depends on renewal or other written commercial terms provided to the customer.
4. Additional branches
Pro Max includes 1 Additional Branch with 1 Main Staff + Unlimited Sub Staff. Separate Additional Branch activation is ₹5,000 + GST per branch for the first year and ₹3,000 + GST per branch for yearly renewal. Basic and Pro do not include an Additional Branch in their base plan.
5. Refund requests
The 30-day trial is provided so customers can evaluate suitability before paid activation. If a customer believes a payment was duplicated, made in error, or otherwise requires review, the customer should contact MLA Customer Care promptly with the relevant payment details.
Any refund eligibility is determined according to the specific order/invoice terms, the activation status, the circumstances of the payment and applicable law. This page does not create a guaranteed refund right beyond applicable law or written purchase terms.
6. Taxes
Published prices shown as “+ GST” are exclusive of applicable GST. Taxes will be charged as required by applicable law.
7. Pricing changes
MLA may revise prices for future purchases or renewals. Any updated price will apply prospectively according to the communicated renewal or purchase terms.
