1. How to request deletion
Email modernlabacc@gmail.com with the subject MLA Account & Data Deletion Request.
Include the MLA customer/lab name, the account email used with MLA, and the branch name if relevant. Do not send passwords, OTPs, recovery codes or other authentication secrets.
2. Verification
To protect customer and business data, MLA may verify the identity and authorization of the requester before processing a deletion request.
3. What may be deleted
Where permitted, MLA may delete or anonymize account profile data and associated personal or operational records that are not required to be retained.
4. What may be retained
Some accounting, transaction, audit, security, backup or regulatory records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory reasons. Retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
